Trainings for Young People

We offer paid job opportunities to young people ages 14–18 and college students ages 18–22, helping them build skills, earn their first paycheck, and grow in a supportive, real-world environment. Each role includes mentorship, life coaching, and hands-on experience in areas like event support, marketing, and youth outreach.

While open to all, we center girls of color, creating space for those who face the most barriers to feel seen, valued, and equipped to lead. It’s more than a job—it’s a path to purpose, confidence, and a future they can own.
