About the event

In this 90-minute virtual training, you’ll learn how to recognize signs of mental health challenges in your peers, respond with care and empathy, and connect them to trusted adults or professional help. Based on the nationally recognized Teen Mental Health First Aid (tMHFA) curriculum, this course gives you real-world skills to support friends and classmates when it matters most.
This is more than a class—it’s a life skill. You’ll leave with the confidence to be a source of strength, understanding, and support in your school and community.
